Hello fellow wanderers, welcome to my blog!

I’m Amy, a fifteen year old, home educated/unschooled/learning from life nature lover living in Ireland.
I love to be in the woods and mountains first and foremost but I have many different things pulling at my heart. Music, art, writing, reading and carving are some of my other many passions!
I am fascinated by nature and the powerful beauty of everything within it, and almost everything I do is rooted in my love for the world untouched by man. I feel strongly about the environment, and animal and human rights. I want so much for this world to be the world I dream of, and I want to spend my life making that happen.
Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Katie here, read about your website in Chicklit so excuse me spamming you with comments, your artwork is just incredible. Next time I see go to your house try and prepare yourself for compliments, and I’ll run away before you can deny any! Also I love what you made my for my birthday, thank you so much!

    • Hi! for a second i didn’t know who you were because i keep on thinking we have the same surname! I’m pretty stupid sometimes.
      Thanks for dropping by!

  2. I ate a version of your stuffed marrow recipe yesterday that was so delicious that I am going to try it myself. The version was called ‘chickpea and cheese pie’. The only tweaks to your recipe were that there were more chickpeas, and some toasted pumpkin seeds, plus three eggs instead of one, and courgettes because the cook had no marrow to hand. Everybody thought it was great. A recipe that appeals to vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. So congratulations…

I came to your blog for the recipe but am wowed by the jewellry, and the photography. How did you snap the squirrels so quickly? Are your pendants and bracelets for sale? I especially loved the rose and forest pendants, and also the chain mail bracelet. Can I commission one from you?

Keep on blogging, – I am beginning to get interested in the blogosphere – there are fascinating people and ideas in it. It’s a bit addictive if truth be told. Blogs can lead to books, exhibitions, jewellry stalls, debates, contact with people around the globe and in different languages, who knows? The presentation of yours is of a very high standard. Scuse my longwinded comment.

    • Hi there. Thanks for the lovely comment.
I am very happy to be commissioned! what sort of thing would you like?
Toasted pumpkin seeds are a great idea for that recipe, I will most definitely try that myself next time I make it!

      • Will have a think about the commission. I would love any one of the three that I saw on your blog – the rose and forest pendants and also the chain mail bracelet. However, sometimes doing things for commission turns them into work and a chore and I would not like it to turn into that for you.
